  • Blood Pressure and Blood Lipids: A study involving 19 women with diabetes found that 6-week supplementation with tart cherry juice concentrate significantly decreased both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and also reduced total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol in participants with elevated LDL levels.
